Setting Core Values in concrete

Family comes first, we work to provide for our family, to support it, to support you with your family in the Foundation of what physically literally supports you.

Yes, our children are involved in the business to a point as well.

We spend a lot of time outdoors, and as individuals within the company, we enjoy he Outdoors, a LOT.  We work with our Grit and Determination so we can enjoy the Outdoors even in our off-time.  You will see the Outdoors represented in our Logo.  This was us on a winter hunt.

Honesty in business, everyone says they have it, but there's nothing more honest than Concrete and the Value it carries.  It's either a great product, done right, and with a lot of Initiative to make a great Foundation, or it will be something that turns out poorly.  It's also about what the customers may not see because like in this case, the rebar is encased on concrete, but the best job done well, even though you don't see it, will still turn out for the best.

It's a Gritty job, and here in Wyoming, we ride for the brand like so many others here in this great State.  It takes Determination to get through the Grit of the job and pick it up in the next day and do it all over again.

We steadily experience growth within the company, as individuals, and has ability for growth and opportunity within our organization, which ensures the Foundation for our company made up of people with Core Values.

We work hard, our Determination cannot be let up, otherwise, the concrete will just set and stay however it's left.

The Foundation for our business is Core Values, and this Foundation is for everything across the board, literally, and figuratively.  This encapsulates the Core Values we maintain with our Brand.

Concrete is hard and heavy work, there's no way you can do business in concrete without Determination and use the Initiative to follow through with Determination.

Concrete waits for no one and it begins to set up as soon as it leaves the truck/s.  This is the Foundation for the rest of the Core Values.
